Rusk County Memorial Hospital is proud to offer the Strong Bones program— a 10-week exercise program for adults 50 and older. Participants will learn strength-training exercises from RCMH physical therapy staff that improve bone density, reduce falls, improve arthritis symptoms and increase flexibility and strength. Physician authorization may be required.
Low intensity class: Mondays & Wednesdays 10:00 am - 11:00 am
High intensity class: Mondays & Wednesdays 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Cost: $40.00/person. All classes will meet in the Riverside Room at Rusk County Memorial Hospital.
