Challenge Yourself with TRX

RCMH will be offering another round of TRX (Total-Body Resistance Exercise) Suspension Training classes now through March 10. Most classes will be held at Bodytherapy in Motion. Designed to help athletes get toned, lose weight and increase endurance, TRX is a great way to help you achieve a New Year’s Resolution to be a healthier you!

Workouts will be offered at Bodyther­apy in Motion on Mondays at 6:30 am, Wednesdays at 6:30 am and 4:30 pm. Classes will be offered at the RCMH Riv­erside Room on Mondays at 6:30 pm. For those who have never tried TRX and are looking to try something new at a beginner level, TRX Entry Level classes are available Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30 pm.

For those who have experienced TRX before and are looking to challenge themselves, TRXadvanced will be available for recreational and competitive athletes on Wednesdays at 6:00 pm and Fridays at 6:30 am (to participate in this class, participants must be preapproved by the RCMH athletic trainer—contact Rachel Thiner at ext. 3123 for more details).

Visit the business office at RCMH to purchase a $50 punch card for 8 classes and attend any 8 classes. Individual workouts are $8 each and payments will be accepted at each class. Participants are not required to sign up during a specific time frame. Drop in whenever you can, at whatever time works best for you! Keep in mind there are 10 spots available per workout session.
