Dr. Rena Christman offering Pediatric Dental Procedures at RCMH

Dr. Rena Christman from River Valley Pediatric Dental Specialists are now performing pediatric dental procedures at Rusk County Memorial Hospital (RCMH) surgical department. Dr. Rena states, “We are extremely excited to be working in the community.”


Dr. Rena is a Rusk County native, and was born and raised in Bruce. She had her first career at the Rusk County Memorial Hospital as a laboratory professional. She attended UW-Eau Claire for her undergraduate education and earned her Master’s degree in Public Health and Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona.


Dr. Rena has had the unique opportunity to work with kids of all ages from birth to 18 years old in preventive care, as well as diagnosis and treatment of serious dental needs. She maintains proud memberships in the American Dental Association, The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Special Care Dentistry Association, and Dr. Rena is certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.


Dr. Rena and River Valley Pediatric Dental Specialists have offices in Chippewa Falls and Menomonie, and specialize in personalized pediatric dentistry. Dr. Rena is accepting new patients and can be contacted by calling (715) 726-1060 for more information.

Dr. Rena Christman, and her husband, Dr. Blane Christman, who is also a dentist, enjoy spending time with their families. They live in the Chippewa River Valley and enjoy all of the wonderful things Wisconsin has to offer including, cross country skiing, paddle boarding, biking and hiking!


Dr. Rena was born and raised in Bruce, while her husband was born and raised in Ladysmith. During her time in Arizona, Dr. Rena had the pleasure of caring for many children with significant dental needs and also many with special health care needs. This experience influenced her to take her next step and realize both her passion for dentistry and love of working with kids – becoming a pediatric dentist!
