RCMH will be offering another round of TRX (Total-Body Resistance Exercise) Suspension Training classes starting June 12 through August 18. Designed to help participants get toned, lose weight and increase endurance, TRX is a great way to help you achieve your goals and become a healthier you!
Workouts will be offered at the RCMH Riverside Room on Mondays and Fridays at 5:00 pm. On Wednesdays, RCMH is now offering TRX in Memorial Park next to the Flambeau River at the Veteran’s Pavilion at 4:30 pm. (The rain location for this time slot will be Bodytherapy in Motion in the Miner Plaza.)
For those who are new to exercise or the TRX training system, classes will be offered at Bodytherapy in Motion on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 am. These classes are geared toward beginners and will focus on entry-level moves, stretching, mobility and stability.
“TRX isn’t just for experienced athletes—anyone can benefit from this exercise program,” says Rachel Thiner, RCMH Athletic Trainer and TRX instructor. “No matter what your age or fitness level, TRX can help you meet your goals. This entry level class is a great complement to our Strong Bones course.”
Visit the business office at RCMH to purchase a $50 punch card for 8 classes and attend any 8 classes. Individual workouts are $8 each and payments will be accepted at each class. Participants are not required to sign up during a specific time frame. Drop in whenever you can, at whatever time works best for you! Keep in mind there are 10 spots available per workout session.
