Prevea Health Expands Services at RCMH Clinic

Rusk County Memorial Hospital and Prevea Health are excited to announce that Prevea is expanding its services in Ladysmith to include family medicine services.


Prevea will offer family medicine services at Rusk County Memorial Hospital – Clinics at Rusk, 900 College Ave. West in Ladysmith, starting in January 2018, with Dr. Rick Rapp. Dr. Rapp currently sees patients at the Rusk County Memorial Hospital Clinic and is joining Prevea as part of its expansion. Dr. Rapp will continue to be available to see patients in Ladysmith, alongside Rusk County Memorial Hospital Clinic providers, Dr. Michele Armstrong and Nicky Crick, NP. Appointments with Dr. Rapp, Dr. Armstrong and Nicky Crick, NP, can be made by calling (715) 532-5561. In spring 2018, Prevea will also welcome Dr. Joel D. Dekrey, family medicine physician, to see patients in Ladysmith.


Prevea, a physician-owned, multi-specialty health care organization, has more than 80 locations throughout eastern, northern and western Wisconsin. It has been providing specialty care in Clinics at Rusk since 2016, when obstetrician and gynecologist, Dr. Michael Tiffany of Prevea Women’s Care, began seeing patients in Ladysmith.
