Rusk County Memorial Hospital & Clinic at Riverside (RCMH) is proud to celebrate its wonderful staff of dedicated nursing professionals in honor of National Nurses Week. This week, held May 6 through May 12, 2018 is a national annual event to recognize nursing staff for their diligent work in providing the highest level of quality care to patients.
The American Nurses Association (ANA) has selected “Nurses: Inspire, Innovate, Influence” as the theme for 2018. Annually, National Nurses Week begins on May 6 and ends on May 12, the birthday of Florence Nightingale, founder of nursing as a modern profession.
National Nurses Week is the perfect time to acknowledge nursing professionals for their steadfast dedication to ensuring patient safety and comfort while embodying the principles of ethical practice. “We are truly honored to have so many compassionate and dedicated nurses on our team at RCMH,” says Jeff Euclide, Rusk County Memorial Hospital Chief Executive Officer. “Our nurses are always focused on creating a culture of safety while continuing to enhance patient satisfaction.
Throughout the week, the hospital will express their gratitude and appreciation to the nurses who work tirelessly to provide high quality care to our communities.
